The customer's air duct cleaning was completed on 10/21/22. We received a call in late December about dust in the home and sent our air duct manager out to inspect the **** system on 1/5/23.  Upon inspection we found the ductwork to be clean.  We are members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association.  We train and follow the cleaning standards of the association.  Dust in homes comes from many sources including carpet, upholstery, window coverings and many more.  While air duct cleaning can remove contaminants from the duct work, dust will return.  After inspection, we found that the air duct cleaning was completed properly, and that this is a normal condition.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/06) */ On 12/31 we cleaned the air ducts at his neighbor's house next door. Our customer, the neighbor, suggested that we park on driveway to have better access for the cleaning and she was sure he would not mind. During the cleaning, we were instructed to move off of the driveway, which we immediately did. We spoke to Mr. ******** on 1/3 over the phone. He was understandably upset, but told us that there was no damage done to the driveway. Therefore, we did not go to his home and considered this matter closed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/10) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Of course he considers the matter closed. He wants to distance himself from the event. They drove a heavy truck on a new concrete driveway that has not had time to settle yet. This guy says he knows concrete...in saying that he knows fractures in the concrete will not show for days, weeks or months. Not until we go through some temperature cycles. He wants to assume no liability for potential damages. I never said there was no damage...heavy tire marks up and down my driveway is considered damage. The real damage will surface in time. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/01/11) */ We regret that your neighbor recommended parking on your driveway and again we moved off the driveway as soon as we were asked. Our understanding is that the concrete is approximately six months old and we did not do any damage to the concrete. As everyone knows all concrete will damage over time due to the nature of concrete.
