I have an HMX advanced manager that I cannot configure the **** pool on. The manual states that I can do this, and I followed it to a T even though I use these units all the time. When I go to the screen where that option would be, it is non existent. I have spent weeks trying to get someone from support, and all I ever get is some call center telling me "someone will call you in 24 hours". This never happens. I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on this equipment, and all I get is an incorrect manual and no phone calls back. This is unacceptable.Customer response

Our records indicate the initial case was opened on 8/13/24 at 4:26 PM.
One of our senior technicians has been assigned to assist ****** and it appears that the issue has been resolved. Also, the technical support manager reached out to ****** to verify resolution and provided their direct contact information. We consider this specific issue resolved and look forward to assisting ****** in the future.
