3/25/24 paid $1,200.00 3/25/24 paid $1,200.00 3/26/24 paid $570.00 The set of dentures provided to me as temporary dentures are not usable. I was told they cant get any better unless I have another surgery and need that surgery before having final set of dentures made. I have already had 2 surgeries and have been informed that a 3rd surgery would make dentures not possible due to bone loss. The temporary set of dentures provided to me do not fit top or bottom. When I went to the office to have them check the dentures I was told they can not keep remaking them for me. They have never remade them and I did not ask them too. I simply wanted the issue resolved concerning the bottom teeth not fitting at all and the bite being so far off that I could not close my mouth. The front teeth also sit so far back in the mouth that my face looks sunken in due to the teeth not supporting the lips. This also keeps me from pronouncing certain letter sounds such as the * sound. This is a common mistake made when crafting dentures. It should have been corrected without issues. It was not corrected. I was made to feel stupid and like a burden with unrealistic expectations. I spent 45 minutes crying in that office humiliated by the staff. I have since had a different dentist who has not only been able to craft my dentures but make them identical to a picture of my actual teeth. All within 3 visits. *omething they said could not be done. They advertise they will issue a full refund if not satisfied. That is what I want. They can have the temp dentures back if needed. I am not using their services and gained nothing from them but embarrassment and stress. Please help. I have reached out to them numerous times. The lady at the office said she was going to issue the refund and never did.Initial Complaint

I am writing to file a formal complaint against ********************************* regarding their failure to honor their 100 Day Denture Satisfaction Guarantee. On 9/14/2023, I visited the University Drive location of ********************************* and availed myself of their services for dentures.Despite the guarantee they prominently advertise, asserting that customers will be satisfied within the first 100 days or receive a refund or credit, I have encountered significant issues with the dentures provided. I have had them perform multiple adjustments and they have had to repair a defective upper denture because several of the teeth fell out. They are unwearable as they hurt my gums and are not of the quality advertised, i.e. Premium.I have made multiple attempts to address these concerns with *********************************, seeking either a resolution or the promised refund/credit per their guarantee. Regrettably, Affordable Dentures has not responded to my certified letter which I've attached a copy of. I've tried calling but they have only said a Regional Manager is reviewing it but no one has called me. At this point they will not accept my calls.
