March18,2024 Asked Tree Pro to come to house to assess tree limbs needing trimming, dead ****** Cypress to have cut & removed, cut saplings down on steep bank behind house, & cut two large trees lying on ground into sections to be used for firewood later. Tree Pro crew worked on March 19 & March 20th & left around 3pm after ******** ******* came to collect cash amount of $6400.00 which was to reflect military discount & $100.00 off for paying in cash. I was unaware his crew had not finished cutting saplings on steep bank behind house or cutting dead ****** cypress along drive way & hauling dead limbs from side of road until they were gone for the day. My husband did receive call from Mr. ******* on March 21st asking what his crew needed to do to finish job. Between March 22nd & April 8th I have called Tree Pro 3 times inquiring when they would come to finish their job. Received a call April 9th from owner ************************* explaining he had equipment repairs & weather delays. I acknowledged that I understood the intermittent rainy weather would delay his crew but I also reminded ***************** I paid $6400.00 cash to ******** ******* for a job his crew hadn't finished. All I am wanting done is saplings cut down on steep bank behind house, ****** cypress cut down along drive way along with tree limbs on side of road hauled off when it's not rainingCustomer response

May 1,2024 Tree Pro specialist arrived at 4pm to assess the job I requested.Tree pro's crew cut dead cypress, removed & cleaned debris, & cut saplings behind house. Tree pro has a crew that is fast, efficient & very knowledgeable. Their service was very much appreciated.Business response

This issue has been resolved. There was miscommunication between the consumer and us. Our standard protocol is to do a walk around with the customer once the job is complete and receive payment once the customer states that they are happy with the job performed. We do not accept any payment up front. So, when the job was complete, the customer was happy with the work performed and paid the agreed upon price. I was under the impression that the work they were calling about was extra and not part of the first contract. I was completely caught off guard by this complaint. We acted immediately after gaining knowledge of the BBB complaint. We sent a crew to do the work the customer was upset about free of charge. We are delighted to make the customer happy and apologetic that it led to this.
