I desire that this company be strongly sanctioned for unsolicited distribution of business cards and also LITTERING by a minor for a moving vehicle. Strongly considering contacting police and filing a littering complaint against this service.

Just wanted to warn others against a very unprofessional tree company. ****** ****** left his business card at our door a few weeks ago, and I had him come out this past Friday afternoon to give us a quote on two trees that were very close to our house. When he came, he kept pressuring us to also cut down the maple in the front. I had no plans on cutting it as I really loved the tree, and said at the most I would have him trim a few branches, but the tree was healthy and gorgeous and one of the first things I fell in love with at our house. He said he would come back Monday. I texted him shortly after he left to confirm that we only wanted to trim the one in front and cut the other two down which he responded affirmatively to. Well, Saturday he showed up and cut down the tree in the front yard without our permission. He rang the doorbell and told my husband who was home that he was getting started on the trees and had already cleared it with me (which was not true, I had no idea he was coming two days early) but he also made it sound like he was only trimming the tree in front so my husband believed him. We have the whole conversation caught on our Ring doorbell. I think he thought he could get more money out of us by cutting the tree down, and he also wanted to take the tree to sell it for the wood. I was absolutely furious and heartbroken when I found out, as I often enjoyed watching the birds and small animals who made their home in our maple as I worked from the front room, and having the tree gave us a nice sense of privacy. I am sad to think that losing this tree has drastically reduced our curb appeal. The whole thing is senseless. When I called him to find out how this could have happened, he tried to lie AGAIN and claimed my husband told him he could cut it down. We could legally take him to court for the price of removal and replacement of our tree, but we are hoping to resolve this with him directly, if he will respond to any of our messages.
