PEMB Job# RXXXXXXXX - Located at XXXXX ***************, **********. Al. XXXXX- Termination of contract was sent to Quinco 12-14-21. I've literally had no work or material of any value conducted or delivered for this project, or an execution plan from Quinco although I've asked many times, the time has come to stop this debacle. There are no deliverables of any monetary value received by me so now I require my good faith deposit of $6,000 returned to me. There have been zero proactive communications to me in almost a year, other than as a result of me repeatedly calling, texting ***** and speaking with ******** ****** probably close to 100 times wanting an answer on anything regarding this project. The Baldwin County permit BPXX-XXXXXX was created by Quinco Inc. was never activated from back in March 2021 despite ***** ******** and also ******** telling me that Quinco was handling that. There was never any material or work delivered or performed other than a show for me with three form boards put up and some trash left which remain untouched and deteriorating today just as Quinco left them months ago. Installation of these form boards (work) was obviously performed with no permit from Baldwin County, with no real intent to execute this project. This is unacceptable from any kind of reputable contractor, nor have I ever in my life seen such incompetence despite years of dealing with many industrial and commercial contractors. I've repeatedly asked for any status and dates to start, the small dab of work consisting of the form boards installed without a permit are deteriorating and now a liability to me will need to be removed and re-worked regardless. I called the plan engineer who did not have ANY knowledge of this project and could not answer ANY questions, I filed a complaint with BELS on him as well. The engineering package does not appear to be from a viable source is useless, nor would any other contractor risk using them, obviously Quinco Inc. isn't either.

WOW! if i would have read these post, i would have never contracted this company. My husband and I contracted Quinco in February 2021 for a 40x60 metal building. We are located in Mississippi. When Jason came to look at the location, he told us there would be a price increase coming due to steel shortage, but if we signed and paid the deposit, we would not have to worry about price changes. We (like a dummy) did. We paid $5,500.00 deposit. And like everyone else, can not get in touch with him, have not talked to him, has blocked me from replying to post on facebook. Yesterday i called and was leaving a phone message, and then it said "deleting message" and hung up. We were told we would have our building up by June 1st (Hurricane season). We were responsible for the dirt pad, that has been sitting since April. I agree with a few comments he put on someone's post - it had been raining everyday. That is correct - it did - and my dirt is washing away. Tropical storm - correct that was August - still just dirt washing away. So, he does not keep his word, even through a contract. Everyone there is covering his lies. He had no problem cashing my check the week after he got it though. I want my deposit back, in the form of a cashiers check.
