My wife was driving to work when a vehicle driven by an employee of ************************* LLC sprayed rocks and cracked her windshield. We were told by an employee of ************************ to contact their insurance provider, Palomar Insurance, to have the windshield replaced. I contacted Palomar Insurance on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 4:27 pm cst. I was asked to describe what happened, who the business was, and for my contact information. I was then advised that I would be contacted by a claims agent in a "day or two". Tomorrow will be one week since I contacted them, and we have heard nothing. Meanwhile, we have a cracked windshield.Business response

I apologize for the delay in response to you. Your notices were quarantined in the Palomar spam filter. You have been white listed effective yesterday and I appreciate the follow call from your offices yesterday.
RE: *************************** (Claimant)
Claimant reported there claim to Palomar Insurance on 9/27/2023 stating he had damage on 9/13/2023 to his vehicle windshield as result of a rock coming from our insureds vehicle. The claim was reported to our insureds insurance carrier on 9/28/2023. On 10/06/2023 the claimant sent photos of the damaged windshield which were forwarded to the insurance adjuster. The carrier processed payment to the claimant on 10/20.2023. No further communications have been received from the claimant since the payment.
