Please be aware of this dealership. I applied for a car that they had online, after applying I didnt hear anything from the salesman. I figured that they couldnt get an approval. I have good credit but I am first time buyer. I get an email from them 3 days asking if I was still interested in buying a car. I said yes and told them what car I was trying to purchase. I was informed that it was sold but they had others. That sounds like they used that car to get people to call even though it was sold or never for sale. It doesnt sound right, you pull my credit and never call me about the car I was pursuing but days later try and sale me a different car . Doesnt sound right, I would not use the internet to purchase a car from this dealership.Review from Anthony D

I found Stivers Ford via CarGurus. I reached out did paperwork on a 2022 Edge financed through ***** I was dealing with ******** who answering questions calling and texting. I know something wasn't right when I asked about the APR and terms. I was told they couldn't give out that information. So it was time to go in and get the vehicle. I received an email from CarGurus saying that the vehicle has been sold. I reached out to ******** who took her time getting back to me. ******** wanted to know about my experience I told them what happened. I guess a member of management didn't like my review and I said I should have put a deposit on the vehicle. The crazy thing is I've never been there and won't be going there. Later on another sales person reached out I told them what happened and they apologized. Then I received an email from ******** saying sorry it didn't work out with the Explorer. I was thinking you really shouldn't have sent the email because you didn't take time to see it was an Edge. Also saying you have a friend in the business. With friends like who needs enemies.Review from Ella O

My 2014 Ford Fiesta at Stiver's service department for three weeks and they refused to read the diagnostics code. They said that they knew it was a transmission issue and it would be six months. How do you know if you haven't even looked at it? I ended up towing to the Ford dealership in Hoover. They looked at it same day and realized it was a broken belt. A simple $*** repair! I almost bought a new car for a simple fix! The service at Stiver's is horrible. The people in the shop are extremely rude.
