Did another review and instantly regretted it ..came up for one vehicle and couldn't get ** air bag light was on so they "gave" me another vehicle...that the gas pedal stop working while going 75- 80 on interstate.. car has a wire that's hanging that no one knew where it went and now scrubbing tires.. they want me to drive car back hour and half "up" interstate and leave it ?? ..So taking the car back to them to fix and be charged for is not in my interest. But they want me to pay 300 to have the car brought to them on top of the payment they take faithfully before I get out of bed every two weeks. The Manager ****** tell me that they will fix it "if" they find a problem. Only if its the "same problem that I was experiencing initially. If its not the same problem I would be liable for towing cost(300) labor and parts. When I got the car back the first time my brakes had been reduced to metal on metal, and rotors needed replacing . Oil was black in car.... no public restrooms.. so use it before you come ..sat and read all paper work and they prices equal up to the price of a brand new car with no mileage at this point I don't know how to feel . ???

They are Horrible and I'm very disappointed. I purchase a car from Shanna( the manager) and informed her that i finance several cars in the past and they HAVE NOT been good car. I am going to pay CASH for my car today so please give me a good running car. So the car lasted for about a month or 2 before it completely stop working. I spent a large portion of my funds getting the car tow to a personal mechanic before having it told to second chance because it was sold "AS IS" They told me that the car jump time and I would have to pay ******* to get the car fixed as suppose a NEW MOTOR and LABOR. I stated have 3 kids and no extra funds to get a car fixed I just bought a month ago. I was very upset nothing could be done and she refused to fix anything claiming to be my fault. Please somebody (Anybody) help me I am at lost of ***** with no compensation.

Not worth it,Purchased a car from them I want to say in September of last year,Radiator went out as soon as the 60 day warranty ran out which resulted in a blown head,bad starter which out of my pockets got it half way fixed,At first the company was understanding keep in mind still paid my carnote on a dead car trying to get my credit up,they did trade it in since my 90 days was up,ended up getting another car all I asked was for it to be up to par just to get my mom to and from bham due to her treatments well made it halfway to no avail car started pop sizzling boom,white smoke ended up paying *** for a tow back home.Finally got it there to the lot,they ran checks just to tell me my motor has a hole in the bottom HOW? Said to get back with me Monday with some prices on a hemi motor which was outrageous, So I got tossed around til today for them to tell me basically you just ******* first they say oil was all on top of the motor now there's no oil period now which one is it?I was even willing to pay extra ** ** *** dollars extra to cover the expense.But since they been dogged before they no longer offer that option,but I was told they do,So now I'm **** out of a vehicle,possibly credit ******* and they still asked me to try to make a carnote,played that game last paycheck not happening this time.and did I mention this all took place after the 60 day warranty and a couple weeks shy of putting up extra money to trade in for something better.And after I recommended and praised them highly when I should have listen to the masses.NEVER AGAIN.

I bought a car that needed repair work before I purchased it and they promised to fix it and they keep giving me the run around and have not yet fixed it.I haven’t had the car 2 months and I am already having issues. I talked to them about getting another car or even trade but Byron told me that wasn’t going to happen. He has a nasty attitude and is very rude. I have recorded conversations. I am frustrated and disappointed. We have had to rent cars because of this while paying car note. My son has missed days from work because the car wouldn’t crank. Byron told me there wouldn’t be any reimbursement.for our payouts.I am furious!!!
