Cox Pools of the Southeast and Dothan Let me start by stating I would give this company a Zero star if they were one. With that said let me tell you some things you should do if you decide to choose Cox Pools. First do not believe anything their so called salesman tells you. Please write down everything very very specific. add your pictures of how you want your pool and put an ending time as for when your pool will be completed in their contract they make you sign. Also put a daily penalty of 250 or 500 dollars for every day your pool is not completed. This way the penalty will help get your pool completed in a timely manner. I will tell you they make you sign a long contract that their is nothing in your favor so add the items I have stated above because they will hide behind their contract and enforce their stipulations so you better put everything very very specific in their contract which you and them will have to sign before they start work. It has taken Cox Pools over 1 year to finish my pool and we have had to fight this company every day to finish our pool and at the end we had to enter into an added agreement by a lawyer to get my pool finished. It has not been fun to say the least. I hope this gives the next Cox Pools customer some ideas of what they need to do before they do business with Cox Pools.
