I paid the company to tow my vehicle. They went and loaded the car from a gas station a couple exits down the interstate and brought the car to me. The way spot I was told by the service station to park in so I could have it towed was the last parking slot at the end of the store which was inline with the last gas pump directly behind my car, the driver had to pull the car from the passenger rear end of the car to lock e the car with the truck. This was the only way it could be loaded and when the driver arrived at my home with the car he first before anything had me sign and pay for the services just shy of $150.00 and the papers also stated there was no damages to the car before I was released my car. He then unchained my car raised the bed and I had to drive the car off into my driveway and parking it where I would be making repairs for the reason of the service needs. I repaired my car to actually drive it the first time since the service an noticed the rear shock on the diver side rear was popping when the van would dip in the rear and the van had a pulling in the line meant of the steering so when I looked to see why the rear axle they had pulled the car out of the parking lot to line it with the truck was pulled to that side out of the fender about two to three inches to the passenger side and was under the the fender on the driver side making the the rear of the car within a month wear out two tires on my driver side and when I called the owner never would or had called me or returned the calls I made an letting a employee tell me that never happened and was no way they didnt damage my car and I stayed that I wasnt trying to get over on them but I did need the damaged parts fixed that they caused and I got nothing from that person so I asked two or three times for the owner to speak with me and never would get them on the phone nor did they ever return a call to me. So this is where I stand they are having people sign before they can even see if their car has damage but denied and involvement with why my car drives like its sliding to the right going straight wearing two tires immediately the belts and I was having it towed for a engine coolant issue and now have a suspension problem. They couldve never towed it and me ruined my cars engine and Id been better off with a new engine never hiring them when I was trying to save my motor with their service now I have a repaired motor that I expected but thanks to their unprofessional work I had to fix it pay them and now I have a serious suspension issue they should fix and after the way if I get them to repair it should return my money on the tow also but that being said I would be happy with it just repaired like it was before they damaged my rear axle that I have pics to show them how the axles are pulled to the side out of the car.
