      I have been trying to get beam internet service for over a year. I live in a serviceable area. I have called many times asking for a manager or supervisor but was told they are not available. I have searched the website to try and find where I can call or email someone in leadership, nothing. I moved here from Texas thinking customers service would be ok. They are turning away business because they don’t want the work to attract new business.

      I have been with this business for over 15years,just as with any business there will be some bitter with the sweets,my issues are today, on07/17/2023 I received a call from Beam Call Center regarding my bill,I paid the bill,later I received another call stating that I needed to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out,I the asked why,the person stated that there are issues in my lines and that it is affecting everyone with internet surrounding me,I asked if the issue could be repaired from the out side,she said No!!!Therefore I refused the request due to my being sick,My internet was working just fine when I left for my appointment,upon my return the internet was off,I called the business and within speaking I was told that the internet would Stay off until I allow a technician to come out,my home phone runs by internet,I am unable to make nor receive calls my mail box is full,I can"t get in to clear messages,I feel as if I am being punished for not allowing the technician to enter,each time I call they twist the conversation,they lie and put the fault on me,still I have no internet,I feel as if this is a power play,my health and safety is involved in this matter,they talk to you with a cold heart,this whole situation leads me to believe that there's something hidden,I will not allow the technician in if the technician that I trust isn't able to be here with me when their technician comes,because of the statement,well,the internet won't be restored until I allow the technician ician to come,they're using the excuse when the attorney will ask for reimbursement for days that I am without services,had the person not called about payment,I wouldn't be so unbelieving once the payment has posted then I get the call about someone coming into my home

      Our maintenance team was working in customer area to resolve issues we received from customers in her area. They had tracked the issue to her home in which affected other customers. We had made several attempts listed below to contact the customer as the issue was deemed to be in her home. 1st attempt 07/17/23 @ 2:05PM Called her no answer 2nd attempt 07/18/23 @ 8:39AM Called her no answer -Customer made contact with us same day 07/18 stating that we destroyed her computer 3 years ago and that she has an investigation open for identity fraud. 7/19/23 We attempted another call to advise her we would have to disconnect if we cannot come in. @ 8:48Am NALM Again @ 9:43Am -At this time our maintenance and management team decide that we need to cut services for the internet as it was causing issues in our outside plant (filter the line). This would of not affected cable services only internet services. 7/20/23-Customer came in office to obtain a letter to explain what we needed to do 7/21-customer called back in, we advised her again we would need to send a tech. 7/25-Customer allow techs in and resolved the issue.

      Hello,I 've review the business response and I still states that this is exactly how these issues occurred,my internet was cut because of a power play,they provided that they had the power to do whatever they pleases with the cable and internet that I am paying for,disregarding my needing as I'd clearly stated for phone services,due to my health and safety,How can one apartment internet affects the whole area as they're so stating!This internet was fine,They called about a payment to which I paid by phone,within a 39 mins,hour or so they called back stating that they needed to get a technician out here,the service was cut off in this community outside,No matter what these issues are,I will get Justice and this all will be revealed,The only reason is that I don't cut beam off is because of the on going investigations,I don't use the internet except for phone and wifi,i am struggling to pay this bill every month when i could change services,i am eligible for Government funding internet,check to show that this business is charging me as well as the Govorment
