My 2021 ******* ******* was damaged at Caliber Carwash. While in the car wash my car began jumping like it hit a curb or was going over a curb. Then the carwash completely stopped and my car just sat there for about 10 seconds. Then it started again like normal. When it finished I examined my car for any damages. The front driver side tire was going flat and the wheel was damaged. The manager examined the video and saw exactly what happened. Then he took pictures of the damage and filed a claim for my car and gave me the claim ticket. He said to call claims dept in 3 days. I did that and was instructed to get an Estimate and email it back to Jordan. I got an estimate from ********** ******* where I bought the car. When they put the car up on a lift there was damage underneath the car too. Also the steering wheel shakes severely now while driving. The estimated damage was $2,500. I submitted the estimate and pictures by email to Jordan in claims dept. She said that I would receive a check at the location of incident and would have to go there and pick it up which was fine with me. Then approx 2 weeks later a very rude man called me and said "I'm not paying you anything for damage, *** me". Please help me to be compensated for the damage they didBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 14, 2022/11/29) */ We have spoken to ***** ***** a few times and offered a few solutions, the first being paying the dealership directly for the damage. When we called the dealership they said they would call her and set up a time for her to come in. They called her a few times and she refused to come in and get her car fixed. Once she denied that we then offered to pay for her rim to be resurfaced because that is what we took responsibility for and nothing else. We asked her to provide a quote for the rim resurface and she was not happy with that answer. We have tried to work with her and give her options. My wife took her ****************** to get is wash at Caliber in phenix city al and they damage her windshield and they don't want to take responsibility for it. I am getting it replaced today for 269. The repair shop says the antenna hit the windshield and that happen going threw the car was.
