      The consumer hired the business to put a new liner in his swimming pool. Short after being installed the pool started to leak. The consumer contacted the business about the liner and was told that the pool was leaking at the seam. The consumer paid $4,000 for the new liner and is supposed to have a warranty but the business will not answer any calls.

      On November *** 2021 I met with Mike ****** of Precision Pools. My wife and I thought a friend had recommended Precision Pools. Based on that recommendation, we signed a contract and deposited $12,000 to Mike ******. We found out a few day later there had been a miscommunication on the reference. It was actually another local pool company. So, in Dec I started trying to communicate with Mike and his wife Dorothy to see where we were on their schedule. I wanted this business deal to work at that point. But Dorothy didn't know, office worker Jennifer didn't know. They said they would text Mike and he would call me. Holidays in Dec and January passed with no calls returned, no answer to my emails. So, I started calling just about every day with no results. Finally I get a call from Dorothy on February **** 2022. She says Mike wants to meet me at my house on Feb **** at 1pm. At 1:45 that day Dorothy called on an unidentifiable *** number. This was actually the third different phone number she had called us on, not including their office phone. She said Mike was in ******* and thought the meeting was tomorrow and then ask if he could come then. I told Dorothy No! I informed her we had borrowed money against our home to build this pool. I went on to tell her my wife **** years old and is partially ********** and she needs this pool for ******** I further told Dorothy that everything they've done is delay, delay, delay. I told her I couldn't trust them to be honest due their terrible communication, or lack thereof. That I couldn't trust their business practices. After I saw reviews for this company I knew I didn't have time to schedule a new start date. A new start date that would keep getting pushed back. Mike promised the quickest start date and that's why I signed his contract. I want a full refund of my $12,000 deposit. Mike isn't out anything except the drive to my house to write the estimate. I've not seen or talked to Mike since Nov ***** Please return my money.

      We signed a contract with Precision Pools in June 2021 to have a pool installed in May/June 2022. We paid the required 30% deposit which was $10,400 in July 2021. We have tried to contact Mike N., the owner, numerous times to discuss finalizing the install date and choosing a pool liner. We have tried via phone call to the business, cell phone, text, email, FB messenger, to no avail. We went to the business location to try to reach him as well and the front desk clerk told us she would give him the message, but again no response from Mr. N. Then I went to research and noted on the BBB site that he has been neglecting multiple families over the last 2 years in this area. That was the last straw for us and we no longer want to do business with someone who treats their clients so poorly, does not follow through with promised work, and is completely unreachable. We are seeking our full deposit to be returned to us. We also sent a letter via email, text, and Facebook Messenger stating that we do not want to continue with the contract and want our refund back. Of course, we have heard nothing in return.

      We have been trying to contact the company for a month regarding the install of a pool. We placed a $9270 deposit back in Sept ** and they do not return phone calls or answer the phone. We no longer want them to install the pool because of lack of communication and product. I can't believe a business would ignore phone calls from customers for months. It's caused us severe anxiety and stress not knowing if they stole our money.

      I contacted Precision Pools in February 2021 and Mike N. came to my home March ** and gave me an estimate and timeframe for when he could construct a in ground pool in my backyard. That day I signed a contract to have a pool installed and paid in full 34,600 for this service **, He stated that they would start construction in August/September 2021 and it would take 6 weeks. I called weekly every month and I always get the same thing. I will contact mike and have him call you. This place went through multiple receptionists threw out the year. I called multiple times to find out the start date and the phone only made a sound as if the phone was disconnected. I called the company in August and there was a message that stated they would be reopening in two weeks due to his wife medical issues. I called the company back two weeks later and there was a new receptionist working there totally different from the last one I had been working with. I finally gave up calling and started going into the shop every other week to see what was going on and the same answer was given. I'm waiting on Mike to get back to me I sent him a text. I received calls back from her but it was always the same answer. Finally in October the receptionist called me and said they Mike won't get back to her and she works there. She would have to text Mike and call me back. She called me back and said that they were behind on construction. They would be able to start on my pool in October. Now it's the end of January and I still haven't heard anything from Mike, Dorothy or the receptionist. This process has been very stressful. This company does not communicate with their customers after receiving and cashing the deposit check. I am requesting a full refund of my deposit ASAP. Please help me and my family.

      I signed a contract with the owner of Precision Pools, Mike N., on February *** 2021 to install a inground pool. The cost was 29000 dollars and I paid a 30% deposit of 8700 dollars. He told me that he was currently booked until the August-September time frame but that since my card was flat and easy to get to that he thought he could get to it in June and said he could likely meet my requested completion date of July. That date came and went with no contact from Mike at all. In fact I have never been contacted by Mike or anyone else employed by Precision Pools since I signed the contract and paid the deposit. I have called and spoken to Dorothy several times and was told she would contact Mike and call me back. I never received a call back. I have called recently and spoke to a young lady who always said she would text or call Mike and get back to me. She never returned my calls. She was nice every time I called and said she was sorry but Mike had not responded to her. I called and talked to her or Dorothy most recently on November ** November *** December * and each time I was told basically the same thing and never received a call back. The last time I called and someone answered, December *** 2021, the young lady who answered talked with Dorothy and told me that Dorothy was going to pull my file and talk to Mike and that she would call me back. I never received a call back. I called again on January *** 2022 and no got an answering machine. I tried calling daily and always got the machine. I left a message on January *** 2022 and asked that someone contact me by the January *** 2022 or I would be requesting a refund. I was never contacted by anyone. On January *** 2022 I left a message requesting a refund. I have still not been contacted at all. I have never been contacted by Mike or anyone else since I signed the contract. Not a single update or status or returned call.

      On May *** 2021 my wife and I signed a contract with Precision Pools. The contract required us to give them 30% at the signing of the contract, 30% when the work began, and the remaining balance when the work is complete. We complied with the initial requirement, in fact, we put 34% down. The work was scheduled to start at the end of July or 1st week of August. We did hear from anyone associated with Precision pools from May to mid-September. At that time my wife and I began calling Precision Pools to schedule another meeting to discuss the lack of communication. We finally were successful in contacting the office manager and the owner came out to our house and we agreed on a new start date, which was the 1st of November. We still haven't heard from them to this date of submitting this claim.

Called the company back in August and there was a message that stated they would be reopening in two weeks. I called the company back in two weeks and a young lady answered the phone. The young lady was nice but could not answer my questions about the construction of my pool. She stated she would call and text Mike and Mrs. Dorothy and call me back. I never received a call back. I called the number for Precision Pools again and she answered and said the same thing. She would have to text Mike and call me back. She called me back and said that they were behind on construction. They would be able to start on my pool in November. November came and I still did not hear anything from Mike. I called the store again and the lady that answered the phone said she would call and text Mike and call me back. Never received a call. This process has been very stressful. This company does not communicate with their customers after receiving and cashing the deposit check. I am requesting a full refund of my deposit. A customer should not have to chase down answers that should be given. Until this day I still have not talk to Mike and it is December ***
