Our situation is pretty similar to the rest of the comments and complaints around this company. We signed a contract July 14, 2021 and have had zero movement. It's been promise after promise with this company- whether it's coming from people in their office or right from **** Napier himself. We put more than 13,000 dollars when we signed our contract with an estimate of "the end of September" for a pool start date. I understand timelines can get behind but it's ridiculous that we can't get someone to call us or even text us. We've made multiple attempts to handle this nicely- we've tried calling, texting and even going to the office. We finally got
Someone to answer in the house and explained that we want our money back. We were told "ok I'll call you back with when you can expect a check." Lies, again. This whole process has been nothing but lies. We let Napier know (over text, since we can't get him on the phone) that he had the rest of the week (we gave him at least 3 days) to provide a check and if we didn't hear back we were calling the sheriff. As expected, no response. We have now had to file a civil suit and will have to wait even longer for our money, and
who knows if we will ever get it back.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company, and family, cannot be trusted. If they will do it to me, and all these other families- they will do it to you too!
