I purchased a house that Shipp Roofing replaced the roof, and the 10 year warranty starting April 2018 was transferred to me. I've had leaks in the roof and they did come out once but didn't locate the leak? Nothing was done. Then another spot on the ceiling started in a different spot. Last night it poured and now I have a brand new leak in my kitchen and the phone number for the business is out of service. Now what?Initial Complaint

A new roof was put on my house in 2017 with a 10 year warranty. The roof has been leaking ever since and now I have sheet rock damage in my house and the roof is still leaking. I want The leaks repaired and the sheet rock replaced.Initial Complaint

Shipp Roofing replaced our roof in April 2018 and guaranteed a 10 year warranty. Since that time, we have had several leaks. They responded the first couple of times, and then disappeared. We are still having problems with leaks, and have found out that they're no longer in business. How can we get warranty coverage?Initial Complaint

Shipp Roofing replaced my roof in 2018. I have a 10 year warranty. I recently had a roof leak. It appears to be from a nail hole around a pipe boot. The number from the business card is non working. I attempted to send an email but it was returned undeliverable. I sent a message via Facebook and I have not had a response. I learned of them from my time in the field as a catastrophe claims adjuster. They presented themselves as a Christian based company. Now I have an issue and cannot get a response.Initial Complaint

I used Shipp Roofing LLC to put a new roof on my father's house in September 2021. This had a 10 year warranty on labor and on December 11th 2021 the roof started leaking. I called with no answer. I finally got a call back from a previous employ of the company that said the business had closed the doors. I'm now stuck paying to have repairs done to this roof that this company should have to pay for.Initial Complaint

We have been attempting to contact this company through the provided phone # (via text, phone calls) and the web site over the last 1.5 weeks regarding a roofing issue pertaining to craftmanship of the roof installation done April of 2018 which is resulting in water leaks for our neighbor and ourselves (townhomes). The VMS is full, we receive no responses to texts or web contact. Which has lead us to questioning the solvency of the company and what we can do if anything.Initial Complaint

In Mar. of 2021 I contacted Shipp Roofing regarding water stains on the ceiling on the 2nd floor of my home. I made a cash purchase with the business on Sept/Oct. of 2021 that carried a 10 year warranty. Since Mar. of 2021 I've made dozens upon dozens of calls regarding this issue. The business sent non-English speaking individuals to my home where I was told the attic wasn't wet. My last outreach was in Sept.2021 where I made contact with an employee by the name of Justin (I think) after a week and a few more calls Justin came to my home and took pictures of the severe damage to my ceilings and again said the attic wasn't wet. On the same day Justin shared that Shipp Roofing would repair damage to all ceilings. To this day 11/30/2021 no one has returned to my home and I'm no longer able to reach the company as it goes straight to voicemail. I'm unable to seek the assistance of another roofing company, because it would void the 10 year warranty promised by Shipp Roofing. The ceilings have become worst and may now be affecting my 15 year old son's asthma and his ability to breathe. I'm asking that Shipp Roofing honor promises given to me over and over again. This has been an ongoing battle for well over 8 months. I'm extremely disappointed in this family owned business and more disappointed in the fact that no one has even been on the roof of my home to properly assess damages to my ceilings. It is my prayer this will finally assist resolving this issue. Sincerely, **********
