      I'll start by saying the sales staff was attentive. Beyond that, I can't recommend this dealership. I live in ******* so I made an appointment to test drive the vehicle I found online. After settling on a price, we waited a very long time to get our deal completed. In total it was around 4 hours. I was given a temp tag that expired approximately 20 days later. Three days before it expired, I called the dealership and was transferred to the finance manager and had to leave a message. Two days later I had to call back since I never received a return call. I was transferred to a title clerk that told they me they use a third-party company to verify the documents are correct before they send to the ********** and that a mistake had been made and it would be the following week before the documents would be forwarded to my **********. I had to go to my local tag office to get another temp tag that would give me 10 more days to get my permanent tag. On the day of expiration, I had to threaten to drive back to ******* before someone would actually get on the phone and speak with me. I was told the ** was on vacation, the next person in charge was busy so they finally put me with the finance manager that I had already left two messages with. I was told the tag had been sent overnight three days prior, was schedule for delivery, and would require a signature. Of course I was not at home to receive the package. Who can sit home all day and wait for a package?? It's now two days later and I do not have my tag and was told "you'll have to go to the *** location and get it since they couldn't deliver it". There is a GROSS LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM at this dealership and I will never give them my business again. In the meantime I still don't have my tag and I'll have to track it down myself apparently.

      My car was purchased fed of 23. Within 3 weeks I started experiencing issues with both drivers side and passenger side window/doors. Its now 1/2/24 and the issue with the driver side door is still an issue. I cannot get anyone to respond or call back for service. Ive taken videos, pictures, taken off work to sit in the service department for hours to be told I have to bring it back another day. We have purchased 3 vehicles in the past 5 years from Toyota but I promise this is the last.

      Saw an ad on ******** on 1/26/23 for a 2019 ***** Ridgeline RTL-T for $28,538 which is an outstanding price. Almost too good to be true. Well when I clicked on it, it said "Vehicle No Longer Available". So why advertise it then? It actually SEEMS like faulty advertising to reel a person into clicking the ads. I mean the price was too good to be true in this market. Oh well.

      On March 14, my hybrid van was towed to Team One toyota. On Tuesday March 15, the service rep Caroline called me and advised what the problem was and the cost would be $*******.
      After 15 days of multiple calls between Caroline and myself about the status of the repairs, my van was ready to be picked up. The final bill was $*******.
      Never in the multiple phone calls did Caroline ever mentioned the change in the cost of the repairs. When we tried to find her to explain, she was conveniently off that day.

      To Whom it may concern:

      Mr. H*******'s van was towed late on March 14th, we wrote it up at 7:41am March 15th for Hybrid failure and the check engine being on.
      Later that day on March 15th we diagnosed the vehicle for having debris in the sub radiator for the invertor. The Service Advisor ( Caroline ) contacted Mr. H******* and advised him of our finding and that it would not be a warrantable issue. Caroline advised Mr. H******* of the cost involved at $******* plus tax and shop supplies. At this point Caroline recommended that Mr. H******* to contact his insurance company and start a claim.
      Mr. H******* later called back and left Caroline a message to go ahead and order the parts. When we ordered the parts we found out that the parts were on backorder and called and advised Mr. H******* of this.
      An Adjustor did come out and inspected the vehicle on March 17th from his insurance company. On March 21st the insurance Adjustor contacted Caroline and ask for the vin number. On March 22nd Caroline sent the parts prices of additional parts needed to the adjuster. The Adjuster did say the first check would be sent to the Customer and if there is a need for a second check it would be sent to us. After this, we have never hear from the Adjustor again.
      At this point we are under the impression that Mr. H******* received a check for the charges from his insurance company.
      We reached out to his Insurance Adjuster for verification but have not heard back from him.

      Mr Musso is not correct in the amount that was quoted by Caroline. I quoted the amount of $**** back to her and she confirmed it.

      I bought a used 2013 Ram 1500 back in June 2021 for an awesome price. Now I know why I got such a great deal. In September the truck overheated causing a lot of damage to the engine, which resulted in Team One CDJR in Gadsden dropping a junkyard used engine in it. Team One CDJR took 2 months to get fixed. Now, as I was driving home last Sunday; the used engine started knocking real bad, lost power (could not accelerate), and the "low oil pressure" light came on. I had to get it towed back to my house. Now when you crank it, the rod is knocking so bad that it sounds like a bunch of rocks inside the engine. I have had nothing but a horrible experience with Team One.
