      A couple of years ago the city switched to this company for trash removal. Ever since that time I have had persistent problems with them. They skip trash pick up for weeks to months at a time and only come for 1-2 weeks after repeated phone calls that require me taking time to call in and wait on hold. They do not respond to emails. They continue to insist I pay bills for services they are not providing. I have requested many times a resolution to this issue and for a supervisor to call me. They continue to say it will be done and I never receive a call back. This issue has been ongoing for well over a year. My trash has not been picked up for weeks again. This is disgusting.

      I called them again and they told me they would have someone call me and they did not.

      They then missed another week's trash pick-up. I contacted them again and they said they would have someone contact me. Again, I have not received a call. They did come and pick up my trash this week but took my trash bin instead of leaving it.

      There has been no resolution.

      I Pay For Backdoor Pick Up Services Because I'm Physically Disabled ( Paraplegic ) But My Garbage Hasn't Been Picked Up In 2 Weeks Despite Calling And Emailing About The Situation. The Garbage Has Been Picked Up In My Neighborhood For Those Receiving Regular Trash Pick Up Services But Mine Hasn't !!!

      The route supervisor was contacted regarding the missed pick ups.   The route supervisor has meet with the driver to ensure this customer is serviced.   Driver is to send route supervisor photo confirmation that this customer has been serviced.

      This business has refused to pick up my trash that i am up to date on payments for for the last 30 days. We have called over 10 times in the last 4 weeks making complaints that the companies employees have failed to pick up our trash. At this point the trash is over flowing to the point where it is attracting pests and wildlife and making it an infested area to live with. This has become a hardship on me and the company states that they are resolving the issue when i call everytime but nothing is ever done about it and no manager will return my phone calls. At this point this is a health hazard!

      My families trash hasn't been picked up in weeks. The drivers do about 50mph in a private residential neighborhood where kids play and totally disregards the mph signs in the community and moreover doesn't pick up our trash even though the bill shows paid online. Furthermore we have not received a late notice, phone call nor email showing alleged late notice. Even more aggravating the 3 month period hasn't even came due yet for the bill to be alleged as "late". (They charge quarterly)

      I am rejecting this response because: they are just stating a generic response. Why is the account on suspension if I have paid my bill?. 

      Why is everyone in ************ and the surrounding communities having the same complaint?. 

      Why is there a WBRC Fox 6 news article on this exact issue if they are making it out to be I'm being emotional?

      I have sent them attachments showing I have paid. I have asked this time and time again but how can they charge me a "reconnection fee" if garbage cans were never repossessed ? I believe on that day they were either being hateful and prejudice or downright lazy. 

      In regards to the speeding we have 5 small children that live here, do you think if they simply said "I'm sorry" that would have made a difference if they had ran over one of our kids because of negligence, am secondly why is a garbage truck speeding in a residential neighborhood to begin with. If your that behind get your **** to work earlier, the last contract our community had the garbage men where here every morning on trash day like clock work at 5am every single time. These men get here when they want to and how they want to. And if I'm being completely honest they are so bad at their job, my trash and I think I speak for everyone when I say its never completely taken out, there's always residual trash in the container. I'm not paying for you to halfway take out my trash, completely remove all the trash on time or get a company that can.

      This is now 3 weeks that I have had issues with my trash pick up. The first week I was told they would send someone out when I called about my trash not being picked up and no one came. Last week they missed my trash again and I called and they finally sent someone out Friday. My trash is due to be picked up every Wednesday. This week they have missed my trash again. I keep having to take time out of my work in the mornings to his for 30 to 45 minutes waiting to report that my trash has not been picked up but they want to get paid. When they sent the guy out to get it last week on Friday I caught him and asked why is my trash not being picked up he said he does not do my route he just go out when trash has been missed but his guess is our street is small and they need a smaller truck. He said he would report that to make sure they come with the smaller truck because the driver might not know how to come through in the bigger truck. And here we are another week and trash not picked up. And its my entire street. I am sick of this!!! Im guessing I will have to call the news like everybody else to get my trash picked up.

      I started my service 5 weeks ago with the initial $64 payment, however, I have yet to have my bin emptied on the scheduled day of Wednesday. I have called every week about this and finally someone came out on a Saturday to empty the bin, but I was not home to give them the rest of the garbage that has been piling up. So this makes 1 time in 5 weeks that any attempt to empty the bin was made. What has really frustrated me is that today I called and the lady in call center said that I was on schedule, but when I heard the truck and could get outside to wave him down he drove off. I immediately called and made this complaint, and now I'm waiting on someone to hopefully come by to empty the bin and get the rest of the garbage bags from previous weeks. The ladies in call center have been helpful, however, it would be great to be able to actually talk to someone from my pickup center about this issue and verify that the driver is aware I'm on his route. Also, I am holding my current bill payment of $78 until this is resolved as there has already been an initial payment with no consistent services rendered.

      Spoke to ********************* last night to advise this issue was elevated to our route management team and that we would have a resolution this morning.   Spoke to ******************** this morning and he advised we did recover his garbage this morning.   We have investigated the issue to ensure our customer is taken care of going forward. Mr. and ********************* was given a direct phone number to contact if there are any issues moving forward.

      My garbage has not been picked up in over 3 weeks. It has been missed 9 times in the last 3 months! When I call customer service they say someone will come back, but that never happens! I ask for a supervisor, but they never answer nor return my calls. With a record like this I wonder how they stay on business!

      Our Garbage hasnt been picked up in 4 weeks straight . I have two trash cans that are ****** filled up. I cant fill up any more . I have been calling customer service number which apparently the last few weeks there are having extremely high wait times . I have been put on hold for 40 Min to over an hour before someone will answer . It starts with you are caller #** to someone #**) My concern has not been resolved, so that Means I am paying quarterly fee that dont work. Last week, I was told my normal pick days is Wednesday ( which has been changing the last 12 months ) but no truck showed up. I still see some of my neighbors have their trash cans outside just like mine . This is not healthy with flies and bugs , smell filling up the yard . Its not healthy for our kids for this business practice and we have no explanation , follow up from the manager . No one has written , called or emailed us on the reason for delay or missed pick ***** This issue we are reporting to the city since its been over a month .
