If you have a problem with your system not functioning properly please call office. We did return and fixed run that had fallen down toward the back left of the house back in *************** number ************Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:they havent came out to resolve the problem its not cooling properly the vent are not in properly you can see outside through the vent they didnt give me anything in writing until the end by that time they have already been paid then the story start to change
