I hired BlueFrog plumbing for an emergency fix for a broken pipe behind a refrigerator. They came and fixed it, we were please with this service. Their work has a 2 year warranty. Their work broke less than a year later, and I tried calling their emergency line to get someone back to fix the flood that was happening. They said theyd dispatch someone, but no one ever showed up. After many calls they said they couldnt get anyone but hadnt bothered to let me know, they said that they would get back to me soon and never did over the following weeks. Finally, they said that there are no plumbers that work at the franchise that did the work initially so the warranty was not applicable. That is absolutely illegal, untrue, and unacceptable. Since they never got back to me, I had to hire a different plumber because again, this was a high urgency emergency, and I let them know that I waited many many hours for their plumbers to come through so I can take advantage of their advertised warranty, but since they did not come through they were now responsible for the charge of the other plumber. They said they would discuss with corporate and get back to me. That was weeks ago, they havent called once. Every time I call I hear an automated message that says the mailbox is full goodbye. It is impossible to get in contact with them and they misadvertise and lie about their services and policies.
