On June 4, 2023, I was getting my car wash at the location at 4220 S. University Ave. when the trace that pulls your car through started jerking my car on the left side and over the track. I started blowing my horn because my car could not move & the car behind me started bumping my car. It took about 20 mins. for the two attendees to get my car back on track. I was told that the right-side track was not on there & that they were leaning up against the wall. I tried to contact the manager or someone regarding the damages that were made to my car, which was it torn my bumper off. I finally got the information from the corporate headquarters in North Carolina. And left several messages to no avail & finally was able to get someone there to get an email to them & for them to call me. I got estimates & took them to this manager, Steven ****, who appeared to know nothing about how to do anything. I am seeking monetary judgements for repairs to my car as well as reimbursement for the rent a car.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: They said that I need to file it with my insurance company, but I'm not at fault. They has been giving me the run around since June 18, 2023, when the site manager finally called me. I am very upset with this matter.

I purchased a .99 cent carwash on March 6, 2023 for the month . I used the carwash for the month of March with the understanding that it would be cancel once the month was over. I since then had a charge of $39.99 charge to my card on April 19th. I call Customer Service on April 20th to notify them of the charge the spoke person got my information card type, name as well as the pass sticker I used for the month of March she told me they would take care of the charges. Then without a refund on May 4th I was charge again $39.99. I have been calling leaving name and Phone number but no call back. I would like my $78.00 dollars that was stolen refunded. You purchased a promo monthly membership. Terms and conditions were on the screen, on the receipt, and available on our take5.com website all stating that you agreed to be billed monthly.
Your Monthly Unlimited Membership ************ *as been disabled and your credit card will no longer be charged for renewal. A refund of $79.98 has been processed to your credit card. Please allow 3-5 business days to see the refund on your statement.

I got a membership. Since January I have had nothing but issues. January the vacuums were out I tried to cancel membership in person and no resolve. February I went back since I was charged again and got stuck in the car wash and tried to cancel again. March I was still charged and went back again and the car wash stopped and I was almost hit by another car in the wash. I tried to cancel yet again and no resolve. I reached out to corporate through email and my membership was not even under my name. Al I requested was those three months refunded and membership cancelled. It has been back and forth and they will only refund two months and thats because it was put under the wrong name. This is ridiculous and I should not have to pay $40 a month for a membership I am not using, have tried to cancel and has been nothing but issues. I want my membership cancelled and a refund of $119.97Business response

As we explained from our Customer Care system, you notified us of your cancellation request on March 15. We have no record of your cancellation attempts on site. Per our terms and conditions from that point we will cancel you account if it is 7 days before the next billing cycle. We did indeed cancel your account and also processed a courtesy refund of 2 months.
