Horrible!!! I was told my product would come in 4 weeks or soo. It took all most 7 weeks. I called, email and had poor communication. Then, to make matters worst they call at the end of day right before they closed on Friday to schedule a Monday drop off knowing they would take calls or voicemail on weekend. Come Monday no product blamed it on me. Then, Tuesday no call and was going to leave on side of road because the delivery stated I didn't have inside pick up. They didn't give me that option in any paperwork, email . This wet table was a good size but I had a ramp that i could easily use and the driver didnt want to go past my jeep. I said i can move the jeep and help pull up the small ramp. He was just being difficult and lazy it was so easy to put by the door. Just horrible service and communication. I will never recommend for anyone business. It will cost more headache and money than it's worth.ArcBest Response

Never on time, dodgy, and they over promise on what they can't deliver. They have hard working staff but they sound overworked and it seems like good people working for a terribly structured company.ArcBest Response

Please be careful when you work with broker ***** ****** I booked load conformation ******* and pick up time 8pm I checked in 11 am like 9 hours early so security told me come 1 hour early for pick up time.I checked in back at 7pm and was told that my load was canceled and to reach my broker. I tried to reach the number that was provided on load conformation. The number was not working night time. I emailed she did not respond back I come home empty 200 miles. No one called me to let me know what was going on. I called same number next day 10 am and she yelled at me and hangup my phone so I call her and leave voice-mail then she emailed my load cancel fee $150 and emailed me she going to remove me from system because i believe she is a supervisor. Would be a 0 star but the website will not let me. We scheduled a pickup 3 weeks ago today, they only pickup in our area one day a week. Knowing this we setup people to be on hand to load the truck but they never showed up or called. Contacted them the following day, said they were not sure what happened and scheduled it for the following weeks pickup. That day rolled around, never called, never showed up. Contacted them again and told the same exact line. Now making attempt number 3, save yourself a headache and don't waste your time dealing with this company.Review from Rene G

We were to receive several pallets of merchandise that Amazon shipped out in May. We never received the merchandise and started looking into it. Fast forward to Aug 1, 2023, they claim it was delivered but we never received it. We never signed for the delivery and someone forged our name on the delivery. We have surveillance cameras to prove it. Wondering what our recourse is as it’s enough money to take them to court.ArcBest Response

I am extremely disappointed with the carrier's service. They lost my order and refused to take responsibility for it. As a result, I have lost my time and money. I cannot trust this carrier to handle any of my shipments in the future. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this carrier to look elsewhere. This has been a terrible experience and I would not want anyone else to go through it.ArcBest Response

Asked for a quote and was given a rate. After delays in shipping the invoice came in at a foreign currency. We are a Canadian company and only use CAD. If a quote is outside the companies currency it must be stated and not changed on invoicing! Arc is Threatening collections instead of changing the invoice. They worst! They give you a time frame for delivery but its fake. The driver sets what route they want and they cant contact the driver to get a new eta! So you pay top dollar for delivery and you get lied toArcBest Response

I had a ventilation hood shipped from the Miami area over to Naples Florida in late December. First, the logistics this company uses is abysmal. I was only 2 hours away from the location and they have a terminal in Ft. Myers. They shipped my order to Atlanta and then back down to Ft. Myers, which makes absolutely no sense. My order also did not arrive until a week and a half later. I paid an additional $100 from the vent hood dealer for inside delivery. ArcBest was suppose to send out a truck with a liftgate and 2 people to unload the order. I had only the driver with bad knees and no liftgate show up. I was told they would only take the box to the front door. I paid $100 extra to have him take the box off the truck and move it 40 ft. on a paved walk, which is crazy. The driver was nice and he did put the box inside the door so I could move it to where I needed to store the unit while the kitchen is being remodeled. I don't fault the driver and think he did a good job, but have a real issue with them using the term "inside delivery" and then not delivering it inside. I am 70 years old and have a back problem, so this is why I paid the additional charge. It is hard to get any kind of service these days and I feel I was gouged by this company. I opened and examined the box after a couple of hours and found it was wet in quite a few areas. So far I can't tell if the water did any damage to the hood and I won't know until it is installed in a couple of weeks. Just a bad experience all around except for the driver. I may need to file a claim in the future since there was definite water damage to the box. This company just doesn't seem to care about taking care of your shipment.Review from Kennedy K

If I could give this company less than 1 star I would give them a negative, not even a zero. I ordered a piano on Dec. 13, 2021 and Was told 3-5 day shipping. It is now Dec 30, 2021 and I still don't have it. It was finally supposed to be delivered today from 1-5 PM. I cut a vacation short just to be here. Then they call me at 2:30 PM to say they aren't going to make it, and "hopefully " it will be delivered tomorrow (but the supervisor told me she couldn't even guarantee that). In watching tracking information my piano would go from one hub to another and sit for several days before even moving. It was ALWAYS an excuse. Oh bad weather, oh we are short staffed.... This has been hands down the absolute worst customer service experience I think I have ever had, They are completely unprofessional and incompetent. They should be called ArcWorst. They are a total joke. I'm telling Guitar Center about my experience in hopes they will find a dependable carrier. I absolutely hate this company.
