my motor went bad needs a new one crane has had it over 3 weeks i still have 40,000ileson crane warranty and also got a extended warrarty and crane and warranty company wont come together and fix my car i cant get a loaner vehicile until they make up there minds i offered to trade mine in ive heard nothing. this is not right or good business i dont know what to say except this is whats happening.Customer response

I don't have my warranty paperwork we had a house fire and lost everything we owned. So I don't know what to do with about it except be at the mercy of crane and the warranty company to fight it out but I appreciate you trying to help me. I understand you can't help get my car fixed or get one till I get mine my car has been there since January 12th 2024 I don't have another one I know you have done everything you can thank you. But my warranty paperwork was in my house when it burnt. So I don't know what to do because I have nothing to send you.Business response

After reviewing the repair order, it appears all the required parts for engine stall have arrived. I've spoke with our service manager Michael ********, and he tells me we should have this vehicle completed by the end of the week.Initial Complaint

My 2014 Hyundai Santa sport engine frozen in the middle of interstate had it toad Crain Hyundai due to warranty. I had to keep calling them week after week for them to please have them check my car I didn’t have a car for work or my treatments they said I was 3 in line I would have somebody drive me by there every single week and my car was the only there. I would call them and they tell saything.finally got loaner car on9/22/23,picked up my car with new engine in it on 10/4/23, told ******* ***** I smelled gas she stated she smelled muffins or something cause she was hungry!I have terrible asthma and had to use my inhaler, on Oct 12 engine light was on around 4:45 called ******* ***** took car to ***** she gave me a loaner car , then called next morning said that they cleared the code numbers which are ***** that code has been recalled due to problems with connect around bearings causing potential engine damage! They just cleared it didn’t fix plobem!! The also said that high pressure pump was no good and they wanted 1350.54 to fix it due to it wasn’t under warranty. So I didn’t have the money they said I my wouldn’t start took loaner back my start fine .since part is not under dealer warranty I took it to my mechanic parts cost 145.00 and car ran fine but engine light is on with that same code #***** and check online on recalls and recalls on 2.4 cyl risk of fuel leak from high pressure fuel pump.called corporate office and got a case#******** his name was Nikhil the man has never has done anything got apportionment for November 2 this was since Oct 17/23 I asked for a supervisor and apparently I had a drs appointment when he called but he is calling on an unknown # and that’s not very professional I’m so sorry but I have been without my or all because this could can fix a car in a professional matter. I broke a Hyundai because of it’s warranty and I have had no problem until now and I’m not the only person I work at pharmacy and lots of people have complaints so if i over stepped here I’m sorry but enough is enough just frustrated thank you listening God bless.
