On 4/8/24 I bought a car from Red River Dodge in Heber Springs. An extended warranty product was being promoted. I was told that it was my only chance to get it (before the deal closed), but don't worry, if you don't want it or change your mind you can cancel at any time. Well, I got home and looked at it and it is not what I thought I was getting. That is not really the point, the promise was (and per the contract itself) that it could be cancelled at any time and refunded. In fact, within 30 days of purchase, if you have not made a claim, a full refund will be issued per the contract. I sent messages and even a certified letter within 30 days. No response was received from Red River Dodge. I finally got a response from the dealership (more than 30 days after purchase) that it would be cancelled per my request, but no refund or amount of a refund has been mentioned. I have asked for clarification and have not had any response. It has now been over a week and no refund. I believe I am entitled to a complete refund. Additionally, as it is on my sales contract I will be taxed on it when I go to register my vehicle if I do not have the requested documentation. Please assist.Business response

We received an email from the customer stating he was satisfied with a solution. It read, "Thank you. That is precisely what I have been asking for. Thank you for your assistance."

I have emailed *** ****** and we have processed the cancellation refund and sent to the lienholder. I have also emailed *** ****** a copy of the check and the tracking information for the payments to **** ** *******.
