******** ******* had Ryno Towing tow my car from their lot after I went in the store and spoke to ******* and let him know that my brakes quit and I had a 4 year old in the car and so I met my friend at ******* to hop into her car with her and I also told ******* that I was going to get a trailer and My friend is going to come load it on the trailer and get it out of there. It was close to there closing time and the car was not in the way of blocking anyone. And when you do a property removal there has to be a report number by a law enforcement office to do a property removal with out the owner on site and that was not done. ******* called Ryno towing and they came and told my car not even an hour after it being there then lied about next morning letting me think that some one stole my car. Now I am getting a $250 property removal tow fee and ****** at Ryno has no customer service skills. She rude and hateful.Business response

On the 21st at 12:30 am ******** ****** store called. They had a vehicle in their lot that they wanted removed. We were called by ****** from ******** ******. There are signs all over their lot for unattended cars. My job for them is to come and remove the vehicle. The consumer called around 2:30 pm that same day, and she wanted to come and get her vehicle. She was upset, because we were past the time for her to come get her car. That ends at noon. I charge $250 for personal property removal. She didn't come until the 23rd. She had only $180 which was not enough to get her stuff. I didn't charge her storage for the car or a key fee. I gave her her $115 free of stuff. She wanted to have the vehicle towed because she has insurance for towing. She came up with the money for the personal property fee and had proof of ownership, and she got her vehicle out. If she needed a tow, we would have done that the night her car broke down if she had called us.
