This is the most unprofessional daycare I've ever witnessed in my life. The workers are rude and the welfare of the children are not a priority. The owner should spend more time training her staff. I have been in education for over 11 years and I strongly recommend this daycare be closed IMMEDIATELY! I would not recommend your child attending this daycare unless you want countless headaches and an uneasy feeling while you're working.

Ms. ***** who are you speaking for. As I researched your FB page the only connection I could find was the **** family. You have no children that attend here. If you are speaking for the parents regarding grandma who picked up their grandchild late on inclement weather this week, I meant what I discussed with parent this morning, that I will not tolerate nasty behavior from any pickup person or parent. I do not know you and we do not recall any previous pickups from grandma either. Clearly she was unaware of our policies and I can only assume inconvenienced for having to pick up per the parents request. It was embarrassing for any other staff or parent to see a grandparent behave in such a manner because the **** parent had to have the grandparent pick up. We welcome parent involvement but we do not tolerate nastiness from anyone. I the owner had no interaction with this woman, I watched and listened to her on my Blink device with my site supervisor. You do not know me. So you are upset that I had a private conservation about her behavior with Dad this morning. I apologize for even having to have that conversation but its necessary. Check our background, DHS facility search, We are an above standard facility. We are here to provide the best care possible for Arkansas children. We are doing great things! Yes I meant what I said I will ban any person for bad behavior. I will not tolerate such behavior at my center as well all know its kids here who are affected by such behaviors. You can call it rude and unprofessional but I mean business. It's even more embarrassing that the daughter of the grandmother is even taking the time to write a review when you have never been to our center. The grandma, still not sure, why she is angry. Neither the aunt or grandma has ever been to this place of business before. The parent's have dropped off and picked up their children since then with no concerns or uneasiness. You have never picked up a child from here. It is also a waste of time considering you are in education speaking of shutting down a daycare because of policies you should know that not picking up a child in a timely matter after being notified of any emergency is cause for DHS neglect investigation against the parent.
