I contracted Pole Barns of Arkansas to build a shop on my property in March of this year. Lumber for the frame was delivered on April 1 and the erection of the frame began on April 2nd. I wrote them a check for the full materials amount which includes the lumber metal siding insulation etc. In the amount of $19,850. The frame was completed on April 3rd. I was also asked if I could pay a portion of the labor cost in my contract and did so on April 23rd in the amount of $2000. Since the frame was built in early April communication has been hard to come by as they will not return any of my calls. I have received a few text messages with varying reasons why I have not seen my project completed. The first was supply issues, which I understood, the second was an anonymous lein placed against them that froze their accounts which they have informed me was resolved as of May 3rd at which time I was also informed that I would have metal delivered by the end of the week. When that deadline was not met I called and texted and called some more and have gotten no new deadlines or information. The business phone has a full mailbox now, neither ***** ****** or **** ****** will answer or return phone calls to their personal phones.Initial Complaint

On Feb 12, 2024 I was given a quote by ***** ****** at Pole barns of Arkansas. On March 4th, 2024 I wire transferred $20,640 to them for Materials and so they could begin building the pole barn. They dropped a very small amount of lumber off to appear that they were moving forward and have been ignoring me for further updates.
