Worked with this company for a mortgage. I received a call from my insurance company stating Bank Of England refused 3 times to pay my homeowners insurance. I had to pay the difference. After calling them the response was "maybe the check was lost in the mail". I still haven't received an explanation on how or why this happened. Been waiting for 4 weeks now. Even called corporate but still no response.Business response

After speaking with the manager at the location where the loan in question was originated, I believe this situation has been resolved.
