I rented an apartment on August 7, 2022. I paid a $350 deposit and immediately bought and installed a toilet seat, shower head and kitchen faucet because they had been removed. No lease was offered they didn't verify my identity it was all done via text messages. I moved out November 7, 2022 and on December 26, 2022 inquired about my security deposit. I was told per the lease the deposit is non refundable but we will give you $50 for cleaning and $62 for item bought. I declined that offer reminded them there was no lease. I was then told to contact their attorney. I have called the attorney, ***** ****, for 3 days I emailed her and submitted a contact us form on her website. I've got nothing in return. I want my $350 deposit and the $62 for items bought refunded to my cash app or chime account the same as when I paid it
