On November 24th, 2021, my car would not start so I had it towed to Al's Automotive. He told me he would be able to look at it the following week. After a few (3-4) weeks of him telling me that he couldn't figure it out, he finally said it was the computer and it need a new one. He said it was either that or the fuel pump and if it was not the fuel pump he would take it out and refund us. In January 2022, he told us that he replaced the computer and the fuel pump and it was ready for pick up. We paid him $1900. I drove the car to work the next day (Less than 10 miles) and the engine light started flashing red so he told us to bring it back in. After that, I stopped by weekly to check on it because he would not call about it. He kept telling me either he couldn't figure it out, was waiting on someone else to come look, or was going to warrantee the computer out. In May, I proposed he give us our $1900 back and he could keep the car and part it out or fix it. He got rude and would not discuss a return. It has now been 10 months of him having the car, 5 months of no contact from him about the car, and we are now out $1900 and the car.
