I paid for shirts made in April from *************************** owner and havent received it, tried calling no answer, went to business location closed and found her profile on social media so I messaged her she deleted her account.Initial Complaint

We paid ****** from Az Print lab ****** on 12/15/2022 for embroidery work and hats with our company logo. (Impact Solar Energy)We supplied her with ****** worth of new shirts and she has failed to deliver our order. She has emailed claiming to not only finish our order but also reimburse us the total amount of ****** for the inconvenience and still to this day on 02/02/2023 has not produced our order or refunded us our money. She will randomly send an email that the order and refund will be there and NOTHING. She utilizes another businesss building and address and is subleasing her location illegally. She deserves to be punished for her actions. I have spoken to a gentlemen ****** who the lease is under and who rents to her and he has mentioned this is not the first time she has operated in this fashion. ****** must face consequences for frauding Businesss and the general public out of their hard earned money. I have purchased Unit **Shirts, Hoodies and Polo Shirts from this company previously. There were minor issues with items shorted, wrongs sizes, and so forth; but they always fixed the issue in a timely manner.October 15, 2021 I paid with my personal Bank/Debit Card for an order of more Unit **shirts, Hoodies and Polo's in the dollar amount of $1,128.15. On 2 December 2021 they emailed that my order had shipped, not the complete order but what they had finished. By 28 December 2021, I still had nothing and emailed them back, inquiring where the shipment was or any status of any kind. They informed me that my shipment had been dropped off at the *** Hub in *********** and they would check into it. I felt hopeful. They then emailed me again stating that they use a 3rd party shipping co, "Shippo" and that somehow the shipment was lost, unknown.*************************** or a rep of AZ Print Labs informed me that they would complete the investigation but if it took too long, they would simply reproduce my order and overnight it to me, to make up for the lost time. I have emailed, called, text and tried all I can to get in contact with anyone at AZ Print Labs but it's been to no avail. I've now resorted to blowing up their ******** page, in hopes to get some sort of answers. All that money from Soldiers, that work hard for their funds, is just lost in limbo in the meantime. All I would really love is to get the products we paid for with the same quality they were previously!
