On 11/23/2023 I paid $29.95 online for a one year subscription to True West Magazine and have not yet received an issue. By 2/14/2024, not having gotten anything from the company, I emailed them questioning the delay. Their response was "the system shows that the issue is in transit to the address below (my address). Please allow a few more days for the copy to arrive." When that date came and went, I emailed again and received another 'put-off' date. After that date, I called ************ and spoke with '****' who told me '...it should be showing up any time now. Give it another two weeks.' Well, as of today's date, 4/21/2024, I still haven't received anything from the company and now I do not get a response to my emails.Initial Complaint

I subscribed to True West Magazine digital access, but there is no way to log into their website to access articles. I tried multiple times over a couple of days.I emailed them twice asking for assistance. No reply. I then emailed them requesting a refund. Also no reply.I would like a full refund.Thank you.Initial Complaint

I purchased a year subscription of this magazine as a gift for my father on June 28th, and he has yet to receive an issue. I contacted the customer support email address on Aug 31st and received no reply. At this point, I have paid for a year subscription, received no magazines, and received no communication from the company.
