On 2/5/23 I purchased a motorcycle battery and upon trying to install it found the battery posts were on the wrong side. I was given the wrong application. I returned it and the store employee acted mad and said they would fire the employee who gave me the wrong battery. Seemed kind of strange. It was two weeks later that I had an opportunity to install the replacement battery and found it to be dead and would not take a charge. I returned it and got another replacement on 3/12. It too was dead. I did not have the opportunity to crank the bike, yet ****, the manager, in an email, said I KILLED the battery, just like the first battery I returned. He said I had KILLED both of them. My charging system works fine on my bike and the last battery lasted 3 years. It's hard to kill a battery when you can't even crank the bike with a dead battery. **** said there are no refunds on batteries even though they have a 6 month written warranty. They are very rude with how they deal with customers and I have heard this before from other people. The initial price I paid was $70.96.
