On January 30, **** I was answering survey questions to receive a toolbox from Harbor freight for $9.95. After I filled in my credit card information I received the bill for $57.99. At no time was $57.99 was told to me. Only the $9.95. I received no email from HarborFreight but I email from this company stating the bill for what I purchased and I dont even know what it was that was purchased. Your helping this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Never ordered product that was sent to me. The product was charged to my credit card with out me knowing it. Tried to contact someone from Cannaverda when out of the blue I was sent a text message that I had ordered product. No one returned my text message I sent back saying I did not order any products. Im assuming someone else ir someone with Cannaverde got my Card number from hacking my phone or credit card. Have already turned over to My credit card fraud division. So hopefully will see my card credited back.Initial Complaint

Received 2 charges on my debit card from Cannaverda. I have never heard of them. I tried to call several times with the number attached to transactions and the number is not in service. I tried to email as well, no response. These charges were not authorized by me.Initial Complaint

I was sent an email that said it was from ACE hardware and if I took a survey I could receive a free tool kit. I completed the 'ace hardware' survey and was informed I could receive the free gift if I paid shipping and as soon as I authorized payment for shipping, I received an alert for $57.73 from ***** *********** Market, which is completely different from Ace Hardware. I was totally scammed and canceled my card immediately because a second charge of 90+ dollars attempted to be charged. I truly hope these fraudulent practices are dealt with swiftly as this is illegal. I don't use cannabis at all so this product is not something I would have ever ordered.Initial Complaint

Bought product one time and they charged me $180 three months later. They wont give me their information, wont let me unsubscribe without paying them more money. Fake website, email address, and phone number.Initial Complaint

Like all those filing complaints before me, the same has happened. I ordered the *** Oil (which was supposed to be free) shipping charge only which consisted of about ****. The company just now phoned me to inform me that with this order, there is a monthly subscription. (Never did I see this in any print / fine print) Not only did they inform me that I received oil but gummies as well. (No gummies received here!) They also are telling me, out of the kindness of the company, if I pay for the full price, they will not ship 5 additional oils at the cost of ***** a piece and turn me in to all (3) credit agencies. Originally, the card that this was ordered on is now gone, stolen, and card number cancelled. They informed me that because they have all of my information, one of my cards will be charged. Apparently, they have all of our discussion on recording so we shall see how this pans out? Do no attempt to buy from here. BIG SCAM!!!!!
