In late March of 2023 I signed agreement with Fresh Home Solutions to redo my roof at *******************************************************************. On the day they started work I was at work myself. They did about 1/2 the roof. When I got home, the crew manager for my home , ********* I think, met me and when I looked up at front porch overhang and saw the underside COVERED with black dots of nail tips. It looked like acne. He showed me something on his phone he claimed proved this length nail required for my roof. I was so shocked I just nodded and went inside. Once shock wore off, I contacted various people from Fresh Solutions irate about how ugly the entire underside of front porch, side eves and entire carport!! ALL showed black blotches of nail heads. Hundreds of them. And I sent photos. When crew returned to finish roof they used different size nail so 2nd 1/2 looked good. Fresh Solutions managers in ******* told me the crew would correct exposed nails. The crew consisted of ********* and a 15 year old boy . Rod ground down some nail heads . The boy came behind him spot painting where burnt marks from grinder showed. NO DROP CLOTH USED!! So the repair created paint stains all along walkway. Rod started to grind carport ceiling. It did not go well. Created ugly burn streaks . *** left after about 15 minutes. This repair was so poor I insisted they stop sending *** to FIX things. I called a licensed Roof contractor to review all work. He stated actual roof work well done except for first 1/2 with nails too long. He also pointed out some other eve work they missed. The carport roof was specialized work, a decorative ceiling with meticulous work. He gave me name of roof repair specialist he uses to fix messups like this. I called him and he came and told me approximately $3000 roughly estimate to return to how it looked. Would need to sand down totally , re stain and re finish, after nail heads Estimates by inspector fixes, $4000- withheld from final payment.Business response

I pulled a annual credit report and that is where i discovered fraud on my credit. Fresh homes solutions solar allowed their is a solar representative to fraudulently run my credit on multiple accounts as a joint applicant (they were denied) but 4 accounts went through with 2 different financial providers- ***************** and Good Leap. One account in ******** **, 2 in ***********, and the newest once in ********* **. a. I have provided my credit report, police report, communication between me and the detective on the open case, and public tax documents showing i do not own any of the homes where they financed these solar systems. i also request the information for the additional 5 accts that were denied and have not received that. All of these contracts were processed through esign and all of the other individuals contact information. I never signed any of these contracts. Fresh homes solutions was very well aware of what had also been going on with my personal solar systems on one home that was sold and a home we currently live in and continue to have issues with. The system that was sold to us is nothing that we were told we were getting, yet the owners or the company do not care. As long as they are cashing checks they know there is no consumer protection and we the customers are on our own. I want my credit fixed and i also want this system removed from my home. We are still paying over $300 in electric on top of the solar payment of $130 for the solar payment. The sales representative was allowed to also do fraud on other individuals while he worked for fresh homes solution solar company.Business response

The company you need to be pursuing is Mr. ** All Services. ***************************** is the person in question who is not a representative of Fresh Home Solutions, but a **** subcontractor. We were not aware of this activity happening and we are currently taking action against ******** and his company.Initial Complaint

I signed up for solar they told me that I would not have a bill we talked for months I have all the texts we hammered out everything the only thing they had to do on there own was calculate how many panels I needed they told me 20 so I ordered 22 just to make sure Im over producing as they call it I had everything put up (good thing I was home) they tried to put different stuff up cheaper stuff and I told them no thats not what I ordered so he had to come back in three weeks when he had the stuff I ordered and not the cheap stuff they tried to use than I continued to have a bill every month so I was calling and calling and calling just to find some help and nothing for a year so I did my own research and found out they were wrong I need about *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** was a hole new contract and 15 more panels so another ****** that dosent make sense to me I dont need 400$ in *********** to replace a 150$ Aps bill please help me I just want what I need and what I was originally promised these guys are pretty conny and always have an answer and always has to be pushed off please help me mayje we can have the panels I need put on and the original bill can just go up a lil I understand more parts is more money but not ******$ thank you ***** and please help me God bless **** :)Business response

A contract was signed with this homeowner stating the exact amount of solar panels and price for what he would be receiving. This contract does not guarantee electricity coverage because every home uses power at a different rate. We fulfilled our obligation to the homeowner by installing everything according to the executed contract.
