On 12/04/2022 I ordered a motorcycle helmet from STOFMA HUB, order# SH8152. My credit card was charged immediately $94.99 and in the two weeks since placing the order there has been no movement on the order and I have sent several emails and called at least six times with no response at all.Initial Complaint

I placed an order October 28 havent got anything no email back as to when and if it will ship they charged my card I have sent them 5 emails messaged them on *************************** Nothing I just want what I paid for or my money.backInitial Complaint

At the end of September I ordered a black denim vest from Stofma Hub.Order #SH7897. Delivery was on 10/4/2022. Texts asking how to return the vest for a refund (which is guaranteed) since October 4th have been ignored. I received one text urging me to accept a gift card and to gift the vest to someone on the 4th.Texts were sent by me stating that I wanted a refund and how to proceed with the return for the refund.The company will not answer me.Texts were sent 10/4, 10/6, 10/16 and 10/18 without any reply.I want a refund for the product which is only $29.99.Thank you.
