      I purchased 4 wheels from this company August 28, 2024. One of the wheels was lost by **** I purchased the shipping insurance. I had to purchase another wheel to ***lace the lost one. The wheel they ***laced it with is a different color than the other 3 wheels. I have made effort to contact my sales *** multiple occasions and now have even emailed the company as a whole and cc'd the *** on the emails and have not received a response from anyone. Once they identify who I am when I try to call them, they put me on hold for 15+ minutes and then tell me all of their ***s are busy and that someone will call me back. I have never received a return phone call

      Hello I purchased a set of 4 wheels FR3 in February 2023 through Element Wheels and within two months (April 2023) two of the four wheels the paint started chipping. I called your customer service and they offered to repaint it which is not enough as you can understand the expense of installing these wheels professionally with alignment and balance not to mention I will be without a car for a couple of weeks and will need to rent a vehicle since the car will have no wheels. Moreover your customer service does not answer my emails or calls after I insisted what they offered was not enough or fair customer service. I hope you can help me as this product did not live up to the quality highlighted in your website and is quite expensive and neither did the customer service.

      It was great speaking with the both of you. As I explained to *****, I am going to purchase 2 wheels to replace the ones you have having issues with. You are free to keep the wheels you have, and my suggestion is to keep the packaging of the new wheels and use them to send your problematic wheels into Ferrada to have them warranty the lips on them. That way you have 2 more spare wheels incase this happens again.

      I PURCHASED A SET OF 4 RIMS, AND NEVER RECEIVED THEM WHEN THEY SAID THEY WERE DELIVERED. I CHECKED THE TRACKING STATUS AND IT SAID THEY WERE LEFT NEXT TO GARAGE. I DO NOT HAVE A GARAGE. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THEY SAID I HAVE TO CALL FED EX. I CALLED FED EX AND THEY SAID THE DRIVER PUT THEM AT THE GARAGE. AGAIN, I SAID I DO NOT HAVE A GARAGE. SHE SAID SHE HAS TO SPEAK TO THE DRIVER AND WILLCALL ME BACK. AFTER SPEAKING TO THE DRIVER, SHE CALLED ME BACK AND SAID HE LEFT THEM IN THE DRIVEWAY AND IS UNSURE OF WHY HE PUT THAT HE LEFT THEM AT THE GARAGE. I DID NOT RECEIVE THEM AND MY DRIVEWAY GOES FROM THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE TO THE STREET. FED EX THEN TOLD ME I HAVE TO CALL THE COMPANY. THE COMPANY HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK. IT'S BEEN A MONTH NOW.

      We are aware of the situation, 

      As stated over the phone with the customer ********** shows GPS delivery to the customers residence. Since the customer has stated that they did not receive the merchandise that we would have to file a claim with ****** The customer also purchased Shipping protection on the order and we also stated that we can file a claim with them but we would need a police report from the customer stating that the packages were stolen. We expressed this to the customer over the phone that we would need that police report to either replace the merchandise or issue a refund back to the customer. We have yet to receive that report and she stated that she should not have to do that and it's on us. That is all that is holding this issue up to be resolved.
