Had my car in the shop around thanksgiving for and engine replacement. I paid **** for the service and when I received my car on December 6th everything seemed fine. Had my car for about 2 1/2 weeks before the transmission started having problems and the transmission light turned on. I brought my car back to the same shop that replaced the engine and they said the transmission fluid was low and refilled it. When asked if they forgot to refill the transmission fluids during the engine replacement they denied it and said they wouldnt do that. The car has had no transmission issues prior and still has low mileage. The car has been sitting since the start of the transmission problems in the middle of December and the same company that I paid $**** to for an engine swap is now wanting to charge me $2300 for a new transmission. The car had zero issues with the transmission prior to the replacement and has never leaked any fluid. *** talked to many mechanics and each one has told me the car will lose some transmission fluid during an engine swap and the only explanation is that they forgot to top it off afterwards.

I took my car in for repairs. They identified two issues. Rodent damage and a fuel pump. They did the repairs and damaged the drivers side door which they repaired. Shortly thereafter the car would not start. They said it was a defective part and replaced it. This happened two more times. This time 4th time when the car showed the same issue I returned it but the car seemed to start fine. Yesterday the car would not start again this time I did video. I asked him for a refund and that I would take it to the **** dealership but they refused. All I want is a refund on the fuel pump repair. How can a part be bad four times? Normally, I would chalk it as a loss but being retired and on a fixed income I dont have the money to forget about it and pay **** in addition to *****.
