To Whom this concerned, On June 21th 2022, at 2:10pm, I went to the Rocky Mountain Repair Center in Flagstaff, *******. This is near the Little ******* Travel Center and Hotel. They told me that they can do the job and it will take a week. I told them if anything please let me know. On Thursday, June 23rd; I went to Vanguard Truck Center in Bellmount, ******* to get the parts and accessories for the truck I paid ********. On Friday, they called me saying that they dont have the Cup Injectors Removal tool for ****** I didnt want to experiment with using another tool, so I called around to see if Vanguard in Bellmount had it. The Vanguard in ********* said they had it, so I rented a car and headed there. Vanguard in ********* didnt have the one that belongs to my truck. I called the shop Saturday, saying that I couldnt find it, but they told me that they already ordered it. When I arrived at the shop on Monday, they told me that they didnt order it and they are asking if some shop nearby can let them rent it. They told me that I need to make a deposit of $1500, due to the **** of the repair. The tool arrived on Wednesday, and they told me that the truck will be done by Friday around noon. I arrived there on Friday July 1st around 8:10 AM to the truck repair shop and they told me that they havent finished yet. 9 hours and $2774.39 later, I got the truck out at 5:05pm By the time that I got to ******, **********, the truck was blowing out white smoke from the exhaust pipe. It was very hard to drive and there was a loud noise coming from the motor. The truck barely made it to the ************** truck dealer at ***********, ********** on Saturday July 2nd at 2:27pm. I was devastated that something that I paid a lot of money to last me less than 700 miles. *** the engine is blown bad injectors, bad camshaft ,bad cylinder. Basicly the engine is blown, haven't work in a month. They are giving me the run-a-round, they won't put managers on the phone.
