Three peaks was contracted in July 2021 to to remove an old ***** home from property in ********** and prepare site and set up new ***** home. At that time they were paid $15,967.00 for removal next payment due when new home arrives . Well its been over a year the old home is been dismantled somewhat but is still there . New home is paid for and still sitting in ***** waiting to be delivered. The three peaks company will not answer phone or respond to me at all. When I have made contact they would say it will be out next week but I have heard that now for 6?months. I just dont know what else to do .Customer response

Hi Thank you for following up. They still have not finished I keep calling and they ignore my messages . They went out about 2 weeks ago but nothing since. My ***** home has been sitting in 2 pieces for 11 months . I can not seem to get these people to finish this job . I call everyday but get a recording . I just dont know what else to do.?Sent from my iPhone

There were some delays. However, the old home has been removed and the set on the new home is being finished. We are working with the dealer/warranty department to get materials that weren't shipped with the home, along with their service person to come and fix damage issues that happened when the home was transported.
