****, the owner, first recieved our jetski for repair on April 11, 2024. He initially met us at the lake to test the waterski on 4/16/24. He wanted us to drop off the jetski on 4/17/24, which we did. On 4/22, we reached out to **** and said the injectors needed to be cleaned. On 4/30, we called **** and he said he had the injectors back and he was "working on it." On 5/3, I called ****, and he said there was a warning light on and it's now an O2 sensor that is needed and he would order it. On 5/7 I called, and the voice message box is full. I also went to Unlimited Marine on 5/7. Noone was there. On 5/10, I called **** and he said the part had "come in." On 5/14, I called **** and left message. No return call. On 5/15, I went to Unlimited Marine, and **** had left town for a "family matter." On 5/20 I went to Unlimited Marine. **** said I would have the jetski by the end of the week and he would call when it was ready. 5/23 I called ***** Voicemail box was full. 5/23 I went to Unlimited Marine. **** was gone, but upon examination of the jetski, the engine cover was off and the injectors were still not installed. 5/24 I called ***** He said he would "figure it out and have it ready the next week." After 6 weeks of nothing, I ended up picking up the jetski this day. On 5/29, took the jetskis to another repair shop. After examination, the owner discovered there were no injectors in the jetski. I called **** on 5/29, and **** said he would "check his employee's locked toolbox for the injectors," and call back. Nothing. On 6/4, I called ***** He informed me that the mechanic "put the injectors in a ziploc bag and the bag was tied inside the engine compartment." This was not true. 6/5 called ***** Voicemail full. 6/13 I went to Unlimited Marine. **** said he would order new injectors and provided a ***** tracking #. 6/14 **** lied about when the injectors would be there. Tracking # showed they had already been delivered. 6/17, 6/19, 6/21 Asked for $470 for injectors.
