My dog was injured on first day of doggie daycare. No one knows how another dog made. Laceration on him. I had to leave work, which negated my no absence bonus, and it cost me $1,000 at emergency vet. I signed a waiver, but obviously no one was watching dogs since no one knew how my dog was injured. I reached out to owner who will not respond and the manager told me there was no reimbursement . ***** said dont you know we have fifty dogs? Does that mean not enough staff to supervise? Im a senior living on a fixed income. This not acceptable. Plus, my dog is suffering!Business response

Dear BBB,
After our internal investigation & per our contract, we are not liable for this injury or covering the cost of vet.

I gave requested the ************* me the video of my dog, several times, and they refuse to share or respond. Something is not right. What are my next steps. All I want is Vet bill paid.
