Okay the date of the transaction was February 25th I went online to hire movers to help me move they charge $70 per person that they use that means two people the whole total come came up to $145.95. the online process showed morning the time would have been 10:00 for them to move me within a 2 hours Of that time.Well I had issues with U-Haul and their truck they had transferred me to a different place to pick up the truck and that would have been around the same time I had posted for the two movers to move me. I was a few minutes late but when I got there they put three items on the truck because of the bad conditions my storage was in they were not professional because they did not have the things they needed to help a person move after they loaded the two things they left claiming that they had booked another job around the same time they accepted my they left never came back took my money and won't give it back they did not perform their duties of 2 hours for them to collect the amount of money I would like for my money to be placed back in my pocket because I moved my furniture by myself they were very rude and still have not contacted me to resolve this issue that is why I have contacted you to help me resolve this issue of $145.95, and the that they were supposed to help me move was February 26th
