I was quoted $4500.00 and promised 3 to 4 days for engine repair, 2.5 months later finally got my car back and paid $4800.00 and they billed the warrantee $ ******* a difference of $500.00 but then told me the cost was $6300.00 so they kept $1700.00 of my money, actually still have not send me $2933.00 back they said they would refund but that is now going on 2 weeks, so not only did they get my money of $4700.00 they got the warrantee's money of $4800.00, so for now they have $9500.00 of a job that was supposed to cost only $4500.00. 12-27-2021 My vehicle was brought into GM Experts for engine repair, when I brought it in I was given an estimate of $4500.00 to repair my engine. it was supposed to take 3 to 4 days and after a 1.5 months later I had to go and pay $4635.00 because they were not filling the proper paperwork with my warranty company. So they sent the 1st invoice of $3399.00 and then later sent an invoice for $6322.00 and since the warranty company was supposed to pay for it. I was supposed to get refunded $4635.00 , okay so here is where the problem comes in as they billed the warranty company $5399.00 and they only paid $4845.00a difference of only $554.00 but since I paid $4635.00 they are refunded me only $2935.54 so I am paying an extra $******* out of pocket. I not happy about that and when I asked ***** from the shop all he could say is I am sorry. I don't feel I should have to pay $ ******* they should have billed the warranty company for the full amount of $6322.00
