Date of transaction. 9-18-23 Took my vehicle to get a valve adjustment. After he diagnosed it he said it needed 3 coils. I paid $417.82 for the service. Drive off and immediately the engine light came on and was doing the same thing as before. I called him and he said to drive it that it should go adjust and go away. After a day I called him back and he said to bring it back. When I arrived he told me he was to busy to look at it and to take it for a injector cleaning through car quest. I then decided to take it to another mechanic. They diagnosed it and told me it needed a VALVE ADJUSTMENT. I paid almost $600 for it. They took out the coils **** automotive put in and put in my original coils. I called **** and explained the situation. He told me to bring the parts back and he would give me a full refund. When I arrived. I gave him the receipt and coils. He then told me he would only give me a full refund and to take him to court. He would not give me my receipt or the parts back and became very combative and kicked me out. Good thing I took pictures of the receipt prior. I paid for a service that was misdiagnosed and not repaired. I have receipt of the valve adjustment to prove my cae if necessary. Kind regards. ***********************Initial Complaint

In June 2022, I went to ****** to get my transmission looked at and hopefully replaced. Using the *** number of my vehicle, I purchased a transmission and the owner of the shop said he would replace it for under $500 for labor. Once the auto shop had my truck, they disassembled it to put the new transmission taking out parts such as my driving shaft. The owner calls me the next day and said the part was incorrect and I needed to pick it up. So I picked it up and could barely tow it because he did not put back in the parts that were taken out. I asked him to give me an itemized list of the item he took out and that he would put them back in, in writing but he would not. I took pictures of my parts and took back what I could fit in my car, but had to leave the driving shaft behind. I was in contact with the owner trying to find a new part and he stopped responding. I kept reaching out just to have the parts put back in at this point so i can take it somewhere else but no response. I let him know I would have to file a police report/BBB complaint if he did not respond, that was at the beginning of August 2022 with still no response.
