My car was dropped off at the wrong location and was not notified until they had to process my card multiple times. The tow truck had to go back and pick up the car from a random location. On top of that they lectured on what kind of tow truck I should have asked for. In what world would one know that? After speaking to a rude supervisor who would not refund the cost for the town and the mistake they made. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST They threaten to keep your property if you contact the bank about fraud. If I could go into negative stars for the review I would. DO NOT use them as they are rude, and discriminate against gay individuals.Business response

This could not be further from the truth! First off the drop location ( on play back of recording) was read back to you and you agreed with the dispatcher. Second, You were called for payment before the driver left the vehicle. The driver took the vehicle to where you wanted it about a block away. We did complete the tow for the price quoted. I don't understand why you don't think you should pay for a tow that was completed? We didn't charge you anymore then what we quoted. Maybe you were little confused on the address as you told the driver it wasn't your house. How would we know if you were gay? How did we discriminate? This is slander against myself and our company on a public forum and is totally not true. You were very rude and demanding to the tow driver and the supervisor. We are sorry that there was a miscommunication of the drop off location, we did provide the service requested at no additional cost. You stated you were going to stop payment on your credit card and were then told that we would dispute it as we did tow your car.
