2 years ago I had landscape lights installed by them. They stated that the lights had a lifetime guarantee. Last May I had a light burn out. We tested the bulb and it was not that. I talked with ************************* and on June 21 received a text from ***** stating that she would have someone come out on July 5 from **** a.m. I heard nothing from them until August 7 when I was told I had to take the light out Myself and take it to Site Onr and replace it myself. I am 70 years old.no way am I digging out and landscape light, going to a store for replacement, and then having to hire a handy man myself. Any good business would back up their product and service. I received a call last week from the ABC15 LetJoeKnow team stating that the team had forwarded it to BBB. I spoke with New Image yesterday and they said that they sent a copy of the contract to you. They are still insisting that I hire a handyman and not to text them any moreuse email. I think that was rude!
I want the light replaced at their cost. No excuses!
