Date of Service: 4/25/23 I dropped my 2015 RoadGlide off for a service and to check an ABS light that came on briefly. When I picked up my bike, the rear speakers weren't working, and the tech told me that I would have to get my radio flashed from ******. So, after paying for the service, I had to take the bike to HD dealer for radio flash, another $90. HD service techs tried 2 different configurations and could still not get the rear speakers working. So, I called Mainstreet Motorcycles on 5/2/23 to get details of what was performed during the service. *** stated, 'We changed your fluids, recommended a new front tire, cleared the historic radio codes, but didn't touch your radio.' So, I asked how he cleared the codes, and he stated 'Through the radio.' I asked what he would do to make things right, he stated 'Nothing! You signed the work order and took the bike.
