EcoGuard put through a charge to my credit card that I did not authorize.Business response

We responded to this customers email. She was expecting follow up services for free which we don't do- it is very clear from the initial rodent inspection service that follow *** do occur and we must charge for our time and products used.

EcoGuard is saying that a follow-up service is required and that there is a charge for it. This was never explained to me! I did not request their follow-up. I did not want them to "walk the property" or refill traps. I made it clear to them that I simply wanted them to check their locked bait station which they left during their over-priced inspection.
