My partner crashed into the wall of my 1 car garage, on 7/15/23, & the house is in my name so I had to file a claim with my ins (Liberty Mutual). A couple of Engineers looked @ the ******************************************* 2nd claims adjuster, also looked at it. I got Rainbow Restoration of SW Mesas name from ******** who said she knew & trusted them. I kept going back & forth with ***************** on why the repairs hadn't started. I kept getting caught in the middle. Then, ******** was not answering emails or texts. On 10/30/23, a Rainbow representative came over to collect a $9,097.33 check & go over the estimate with me. There were 3 items that I questioned even before they started any work; Swimming Pool, Repair Cracks, 37 (qty), $85.93, "Clean Pool Enclosure $31.20" & Minimum Charge, ************ $347.04"! I told him I had NO idea why they would need to mess with the pool at all. He told me he would have them taken off the estimate. They were NEVER taken off. On 11/17/24, Rainbow finally started repairs. They did the repairs in 6 days & finished on 12/20/23. I personally saw 4 estimates, 7/19/23, 10/19/23, 10/24/23 & 12/4/23. Each 1 had different amounts, but the ONE thing they ALL had in common were the NUMEROUS line items Rainbow did NOT perform and/or purchase! I kept calling several Liberty Mutual contacts. They ALL agreed that if Rainbow did not provide the services/purchases listed on the final estimate, & charged me/them, it was FRAUD! I kept telling them over & over that ******* was NOT removing any of the items! Liberty did not contact Rainbow or come out the day of the "inspection"/FINAL check or anything to help me with the issue. When I questioned **** about the items still being on the final estimate he started giving me some line about "deprecation" being written into each line. WHAT? I flat out told him that everything he said sounded like bullshit! He didn't care, he was just there for the final check. Rainbow also put in a wrong size window.

Per the on site meeting you had this morning with owner *********************:


You did and do not expect any money from Rainbow.
You wanted to review the estimate with someone again.
**** advised you that the money was allocated to the block work and that RBW did have to fix the door.


Also per the on site interaction, you are in agreement with work performed by RBW and advised ************ no further action is needed and requested this follow up email.


Please reply to all so that the AG's office may have a record of this being closed out between all parties. Additionally, I will be posting this on your BBB complaint and requesting them to close the complaint you issued there as well.
